We are a small but rapidly growing web based software company looking for occasional help with tech support for our clients. Our customers love us for many reasons including our fast and personable tech support. Our system itself runs very well and it requires essentially no support at all, but it interfaces with a label printer (always the same one) and that connection can cause occasional issues. We get basically the same support issue over and over. We don't make the printers, and we don't even sell them, but we support them anyway. That is just who we are.
