We currently ask customers to upload files via ftp. This is troublesome. We want a web page where someone can upload a large file (anywhere up to 2GB in size) via a http form (the usual browse/select file/upload). Upon receipt of file, the code would then uniquely label the file and send the admin an email with the other fields submitted by the user (ie. their name, their order number, and a description of what the file is). The file should be put somewhere on the website in an organized manner, thereafter we can download it via our usual means. Of course upon completion of upload there should be a page inform the user that the file has been uploaded successfully (or not).
It doesn't matter what language you use, though you may be constrained by the cpanel defaults. We use a shared host, hostgator.com.
