I am looking for a full time customer service representative to process orders and provide phone / email and chat support for customers. The product is an electro-mechanical product (automatic gate opener), I need someone who understands what voltage is, what a ground is, how motors and PCBs work. Mainly you will be following and updating FAQs that already exist, but general electro-mechanical knowledge is necessary. The other part of the jobs is processing orders as they come in. Our order structure is a bit complex as we sell on numerous sites all with different polices and formats. Quickbooks and hosted services with RDP are used to enter the orders, outlook for email, skype for telephone and chat support. Schedule is M-F 7AM CT in the USA to 4 PM CT. There is a lot of downtime, but I need someone on the spot when a call or email comes in to provide excellent service.
