We are looking for a team member that we can trust to get the job done right the first time and not let things slip! We need someone with the ability to multitask in a demanding and very fast-paced schedule; excellent writing, email and communication skills are a necessity. We are looking for a diverse individual who can handle basic administrative tasks all the way up to more advanced SEO tasks. You will be directly responsible to for day to day tasks like (but not limited to):
- preparing listing and sales materials/marketing
- managing tight and changing deadlines
- planning/managing client events
- website maintenance
- social media updating and management on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc...
- research/production of new web pages and blog postings
- database updating and organization
- managing marketing campaigns
