DCAA Final Audit Reports are certified, usually by, or on behalf of, the branch manager. I need to know what happens (or should happen) if an error is discovered in the report AFTER it has been certified and issued - meaning it has been sent to DCMA. Specifically, I need GAGAS and/or FAR references that apply to the above situation.
