I need someone, preferably someone with some background in nutrition but not necessarily required, to put together a daily diet that includes food to be eaten each day broken down by type (whole grains, protein, vegetables, and fruit) that should be 2,000 calories/day. The list should include:
1) Daily Protein Shake that is Taken Twice Daily.
2) Amount (in calories) of whole grains.
3) Amount (in calories) of protein.
4) Amount (in calories) of fruit.
5) Amount (in calories) of vegetables.
Keep in mind I want to eat at least 200 grams of protein a day, and at least 2,000 calories a day. Also, I want a sample grocery list with a list of items that need to be bought each month that would accommodate a 2,000 calorie diet. And finally, an estimated cost for groceries each month.
