German- English CSR Speaking Customer Service Agents
We are looking for German- English speaking customer service agents to received Inbound and Outbound calls.
Must have the following skills:
- English- German (95% - 100%)
- Excellent attitude
- Able to multitask
- High-speed internet connection (1Mb or more, no wireless or datacards accepted)
1. Handle Customer's concerns regarding backorders or late deliveries
2. Resolve cancelations and refund requests by looking up customer orders in our support system and processing an RMA.
3. Address customer's general concerns and questions.
