Position Summary
The CRM Success Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of all aspects of the CRM implementation. This includes consulting with internal and external clients on business needs, managing the relationship with the CRM vendor and the IT group, and ensuring that the needs of the users both internal and external are met.

NOTE: This position is not static and will be revised as the needs of RedPrairie Corporation's business and the Support department evolves.
