I'm building a web site that will contain about 1 million pages of content. About 100,000 of those pages will contain articles from Wikipedia.
I'm using Python to build custom static pages before I upload them to my web server. But I'm very new to Python, and I'm also trying to figure out how to use APIs for the first time.
There are at least 4 Python modules that supposedly work well with Wikimedia (and Wikipedia) APIs, but I'm having a hard time figuring out how to use them. I just want to submit a request for a particular Wikipedia web page and have the HTML returned to me - preferrably retaining the original Wikipedia formatting.
So here's the project:
1) Select a Python library/module for working with the Wikipedia API. Explain why you chose that one.
