Our business is a Liferay-based financial site. It runs in Tomcat and is written in Java and HTML5. However, we do not have in-house CSS expertise. We get close, but we're not quite there.
We are looking for someone who can learn our environment and style our portlets, dialogs, etc. based on very good specifications for each small to medium project.
Our development system resides in an easily-installable Windows 7 virtual machine (Oracle VirtualBox). You will have a completely set-up Eclipse/Java/Ant/Tomcat environment so that you can hit the road quickly.
We are looking for a relationship with one person who can give us 4-15 hours per week--for a long time.
