I need your help to improve a simple circuit (electronics).
I have a basic understanding of electricity but i don't have the skills to design a circuit with the correct parts.
What i want is a device with :
9VDC or 18VDC or 27VDC or 36VDC (only one kind of voltage depending on the more convenient way to build it, i want to be able to use either 9V batteries or a AC DC transformer)
36VDC, 10 000 Hz, square wave, 50% duty cycle, with the possibility to increase or to decrease the allowed output current with a potentiometer (i use a 100kOhms 2W 10 turns potentiometer), one fuse to protect the parts in the circuit (i use a 20mA fuse), a led to check if the current is flowing or not.
This circuit will be used to do electrisation tests at low intensity (less than 20mA).
I have already built the circuit described above and it seems to work as expected, but i need to add a 10 000Hz frequency to this circuit.
