This role is for remote helpdesk support manager with some elements of answering sales questions too. This is our own developed application so once you understand the workings of how the solution flows, you should be able to answer any customer questions. In particular:
- Moderate our community forum ( [obscured] /bidmybill), updating known-issues as communicated with our development team, through to answering questions from users.
- Answer support tickets via Zendesk ( [obscured] )
- Updating Zendesk with new post about instructions, help, advise etc.
You will also have some access to the admin panel of Bid My Bill application in which you can check on customer issues direct.
All tasks will be fully documented in detail for you to follow.
You should be able to show your experience in technology, and that you've done the above tasks before.
