Support customers remotely using the Helpdesk to manage calls. Available via phone, email and IM during 8:00am-5:30pm EST Mon-Fri . Excellent communications in English. Documentation in the Helpdesk is clear and correct. Ability to work remotely with little supervision. High Knowledge of Windows Desktops, Printing, Networking and Desktop applications. Support for users in a Terminal Server, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Printing, Networking, Exchange Email in Outlook. Reliable and completes tasks on time.
Hourly rate will depend on experience.
