I need a high power diode driver circuit
it must accept a variable input voltage, anything between 18 volts and 10 volts
(will start at 18 volts and decay during operation of the circuit to 10 volts)
it must output a current bias of 100 amps (expect this to be around 2.2 volts)
it can be locked to 100 amps but prefer trimpot adjustable from 20-100 amps
does not need heat sinking, as chassis of structure shall heat sink the voltage regulators or transistors or other high power components to itself through
copper braided heat straps that will be engineered and added as necessary separately.
must have through holes for 4-40 screws for mounting onto a superstructure
parts should be laying low not sticking up high whenever possible since needs to be as thin as possible (1-2 inches thick is OK for tallest components but prefer
1/2 inch thick otherwise)
