I am looking for an assistant to help me with a hiring process for an entry level Cost Accountant.
I need an assistant to perform the following tasks:
1) post the job in appropriate media
2) conduct a 30 minute phone screen (interview form I will provide)
3) grade the candidates on the phone screen
4) make recommendations for those candidates to go to the full interview process
5) handle all communication with the candidates
The person assisting me should exhibit the following skills:
1) highly professional
2) impressive phone and written skills
3) completely confidential
4) background in HR and/or Admin Assistance
5) work quickly
6) some experience in accounting would be helpful
I expect the job will take 50 hours as an estimate and I will pay by the hour.
