I need a transcription of a phone call into a Microsoft Word document template, including removal of all 'ums', 'uhs', etc. from the text.
The source file is provided in WAV format, with total time for transcribing being 1:08:05. Recording quality is good, with only 2 parties on the call, so there shouldn't be any major problems.
The transcription should appear as follows:
Person #1 - what they have to say
Person #2 - their response
Person #1 - more things said
Time markers (hh:mm:ss) should be added to the transcription fairly regularly (e.g. one per page) to help with any further editing that may be made to both text and audio recordings.
The winning bidder should have excellent English skills and have some understanding of real estate (e.g. mortgages, rentals, etc.) and Canadian financial terms (e.g. RRSPs, TFSAs, etc.). This will aid in transcription of sections that may be hard to hear.
