Handle day- to-day HR operational support
Stay on top of HRIS (ADP Enterprise) data to ensure accuracy; generate reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis or as needed
Keep employee records current in both electronic and hard copy formats
Advise on HR policies, procedures and programs
Current knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation; ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws
Lead on boarding and orientation programs; involvement in other employee retention programs such as career development, training efforts
Provide resources and direction to optimize employee engagement and a positive work culture
Lead and/or implement various projects with the EVP/Chief HR Officer
