Summary of position:
The Human Resource Operations Manager is responsible for the effective management and consistent implementation of the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and systems for Payroll dispersal and supporting the HOA in the implementation of business procedures and management systems that support the Human Resources and Payroll services.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Develop; implement; evaluate and continually revise overall HR policies and procedures;
• Develop a comprehensive system of compensation and benefits and employee training and development program;
