Style improvements for technical book on about Open Source Software / Test Automation (total of 260 pages). I am not a native speaker so the book contains lots of style errors including spelling, grammar and awkward sentences. Unfortunately I tend to use passive and long sentences a lot which is also bad style. A) I do not want to have the book rewritten. I am looking for an editor who will review the contents and improves the style in the following parts of the book (low hanging fruits): * Front-Matter * Forewords 1 and 2 * Author Introduction * Complete Part I (Context and Methods) this adds up to first 60 pages * Part Overviews to Parts II, III, IV, and V * 1st page of Chapters 11-35 * Closing Remarks B) Also make sure that pages not included in step A) do not contain awkward sentences. Note: I will insert page breaks myself after the style improvements are completed. Please do not bother with the page breaks. ==================== How We Work Together ==================== * You will need a github account to do the work (https://github.com/). Once you told me your github user name I will grant you access to the book source. * You will need to have an online connection to work on github using the github editor * (Optional) You can work locally as well but you will have to use the git tool * Important for me is that you commit the changes directly to the book source at github * The book source is in plain text - ASCII format (Restructured Text to be precise). But you must not care since you use the github editor. * The PDF version of the book is contained as well (I can create updated PDF versions whenever you need)
