My company -- [obscured] -- uses Wishlist Member to deliver member content. And Simple Press Forum for members to interact and ask us questions.
However, Simple Press feels cluttered. Buttons are not always in obvious places. For example, after clicking "Add a New Topic", I see a box I can type in, but I don't see a submit button. If I scroll down a significant way, I see a "Post New Topic" button, but it doesn't say "Submit My Post" which would be more clear.
Also, when members post to the forum, Simple Press Forum can only send email notifications to ONE moderator. (Or if there are multiple moderators, all moderators receive notifications about all posts.)
That's a problem because we have several moderators, each with a different area of expertise. (For example, one specializes in nutrition, another in fitness, and another in teaching classes.)
Can you help us achieve the goals below?
