My shopping cart and Merchant account need to be reconfigured so that customers do not get error messages after making there credit card payments. I am currently using X-cart Pro (shopping cart) and First Data Global Gateway E4 (Merchant Account
WHAT STEPS WILL REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM?
After selecting an item from the shopping cart and proceeding through checkout, Credit Card is selected as the payment method. You will then be directed to a website where payment will be processed. Upon completion of payment, user observes an error message (please see screen shots). Payment is processed correctly through Merchant account but user observes error message as if payment was not processed. It appears to be an error with coding.
