We would like to prepare a budget schedule template for our office to be used on a daily basis that incorporates the following:
1. Current Allocated budgets.
2. Current expenditure.
3. Spending forecast.
4. Charts showing spending trends (historic, present and future).
5. Expense Claims.
6. Tracker - for Purchase order sign off and purchase order issue (including ability to track delivery) - note that tracking dates are input manually.
7. User friendly interface.
8. Ability to shift funds from one sub-account to another and tracked.
9. Chars/graphs to highlight timelines between requisition application through to purchase order sign off, Purchase order Issue and Purchase order delivery.
We would have a preference that this schedule is done in MS Excel although Access applications shall be considered.
We would also require that the candidate has enough knowledge in this field of finance and management, where as advice can be offered on the structure of the application.
