We are looking for someone for 2 – 4 hours a week to fill in and distribute accounts reports to our project managers (4) and to our senior management (2).
The reports are in excel format and basically track accounts on issued and accounts paid.
There are two primary types of accounts retained (e.g. monthly payments) and once-off accounts.
We need a master excel document which keeps the details of all projects across all project managers and we need individual versions sent to the individual managers only showing their clients.
You will receive an e-mail copy of the invoice when it is issued, with the project managers name and client name, and type e.g. once off or retained.
You will receive an e-mail notification when a payment is received and you can mark this in the sheet e.g. retained month gets coloured green once paid, all other accounts are removed from the system once paid.
