I require a backup call centre to act as a recovery site should there be an outrage with our current provider. I'm hoping that we start a patnership by which we can utilise an already existing department that can provide between 5-30 agents (depending on the time of the outage) on short notice.
Your operatives must speak clearly and have excellent English language skills. Good manners, accuracy and customer service skills are also very important. I would like access to call logs and recordings, for training and monitoring purposes.
The job description:
I'm looking for operatives to process Internet orders as they arrive by making short telephone calls (to Western Europe).
The operative(s) will pass along takeaway food orders (scripted) to different restaurants, as customers submit their orders on our website and a phone call should be placed after appearing on the queue. The average call lasts between 1 and 5 minutes.
