We have a YeaStar IP PBX (Based on Asterisk) and SonicWall TZ105W Firewall.
An inbound DID number +66 (0) 2 xxx xxxx is routed to the PBX over VoIP using G729 codec. The PBX answers the call and then the call is dropped after 10 seconds. It is not clear why this is and if audio is working in both directions (note: from PBX to caller is working okay).
I'm looking for someone with experience of this technology to diagnose and resolve the problem so we can make persistent reliable DID inbound calls via the +66 (0) 2 xxx xxxx number.
