One of our newest clients is a large (well known) organization based on the East Coast. The majority of our support techs are located on the West Coast, so we are looking for additional resources to help us fill this demand during East Coast times from 7am to 11am.
It requires that you have the ability to troubleshoot Level 1-2 help desk issues and are able to follow a detailed process from start to finish. Attention to detail is a must and you will need to answer inbound calls promptly and courteously. Customer service is critical with this client, so you must be able to speak and communicate clearly. During support calls, you will need use our ticketing system to fill in issue details accurately while helping the client. You will need to make certain assessments should issues need to be escalated to other departments or group.
You will need a broadband Internet connection and PC to do this job. A softphone (VOIP) or physical phone will be provided.
