Initially for 3 weeks starting the 28th November.
But the successful applicant will be offered further dates which may even turn into a more permanent contracting role
Our SLA is one hour from when the call is logged via a remote call answering service between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. All calls MUST be responded to within the SLA and logged as called.
You must be experienced in various levels of network hardware support, ranging from routers and firewalls, to internal infrastructure and small or large scale WAN’s. Also Microsoft Windows Server based solutions, Cisco / HP networking solutions and virtualization solutions.
