I'm looking for a localization consultant that has a firm grasp of English and Italian. Most importantly, this person must have a good knowledge of Italian slang and idioms as used in Italy.
The job requires you to come up with 4 different variants of each phrase- formal, casual, slang, and crazy". If this goes well, there is lots of work to be done. I'm looking for someone who will enjoy this task because it requires a good deal of thinking, effort, and lots and lots of creativity. For the right person, this is a lot of fun!
For example, the phrase "I don't speak much Italian." Here are a FEW examples of what it could look like:
Formal: I'm sorry, but I don't speak Italian well.
Casual: I don't speak Italian!
Slang: My Italian is crap.
Crazy: Babies know more Italian than me.
