Hi,

I am working on a "cool propulsion" concept, which will use certain high energy efficiency reciprocation engine I am working on to extract thermal energy.

One particular subject is using two separate sections of such engine. One is "hot" working engine to extract heat energy. The other will used extracted energy to compressed ambient air. The method seems very interesting because I think it will make propulsion very efficient and powerful. Big enough to creat vertical take off.

Here is the theory. According to thrust formula, T=mdot*Ve-mdot*V0+(Pe-P0)*Ae, Pe and Po is negligible in most design jet engines. But in my approach, the design will create artificial high pressure environment (high pressure "cave") within the flying craft, just like a rocket engine, which means the Pe-P0 will be very important to contribute extra high thrust.
