What I need or require: Someone to call businesses within a 250 mile radius of me to provide leads for new sales in the way of 401k, medical & other group benefits, key person life insurance, long term care, disability, etc. Person will be responsible for cold calls to get our foot in the door, and we will take it from there.

What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: I will provide a basic call script, but your own discretion may be used. I can load your skype account or will otherwise compensate for long distance charges.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: We are part of a national company of over 180 employee benefits firms in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico and a publicly traded company (NYSE:NFP).

Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: A broad understanding of employee benefits and insurance is nice, but not necessary. You are just a door opener.
