The current article content reads a bit disjointedly. It is clearly an article about assessment but the case studies are mostly 360 studies, and the broad discussion of 360 jars with the quite technical discussion on psychometrics. I suggest simplify it from a best practice standpoint and avoid the overly technical bits as you could alienate the reader and invite criticism from others unless you have your facts 100%. From a best practice standpoint this is what I would want to know:

To determine how someone is performing today (360)
To make a better hiring hiring decision (assessments)
