I am currently working with a company looking to introduce an online encrypted messaging service (provided in the client's browser).
However there are some issues with cryptographic import/export laws, as well as issues with transmission of the encrypted messages.
I need someone to give me a concise document detailing some of the issues around this, and possibly also a clause I can insert into a terms and conditions document about this.
Since the actual encrypting/decrypting will be done on the client's browser, the company does not actually directly provide the encryption software, a bit of a loophole perhaps but this is what I want the research done for to find out.
If you would also be able to write a complete terms and conditions document (just a general website one) then please indicate this with a separate quote in your bid.
