JustVisas is an Australian/New Zealand Migration Agency with a Head office in Sydney. Due to continuing business growth, an exciting new opportunity is now available for a knowledgeable English speaking Legal Assistant to join our team.
Reporting directly to our Sydney office, this position requires being able to perform Administrative tasks such as, but not limited to; keep customer informed by the progress of the application; review information provided; lodge online visa applications; follow up missing documentation, in addition to maintain and organize
Clients database within others.
The right candidate must demonstrate;
• Professional fluent communication skills;
• Good time management skills;
• Ability to perform specific internet search;
• Excellence in Microsoft Office and Adobe (Word, Excel and Adobe reader);
• The ability to build client relationships;
• Minimum of 1 year work experience;
• This is not a required - Portuguese or Spanish knowledge will be a plus;
