I am in need of a 2500 word brief (overview) on the final Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) for inclusion in a guidebook for employers. Our audience is small to medium size employers. The brief should be a summary of the major provisions of the law including discriminatory practices, what employers can and can't ask in an interview, job advertisements, benefits, waivers, and include 4-5 bullet points at the end of the summary that are "Employer Tips" or steps that the employer should take to comply with requirements under the regulations. Additionally, I would like the brief to discuss the upcoming regulations addressing "reasonable factors other than age" and disparate impact.
