When Level 1 engineers shrug their shoulders, when Level 2 engineers scratch their heads, we need GTeam FZ LLC Level 3 Software Support Engineers to save the day with the technical skill and experience to solve the truly complex technical issues.
What a Level 3 Software Support Engineer does, specifically, is:
• Get to know at least three of our products and get good at solving their technical issues.
• Solve complex technical issues the Level 1 and even the Level 2 Support staff can't handle.
• Write up Support tickets, and make sure they get taken care of.
• Help the Level 1 agent show customers we're solving their problems.
