The interactive survey widget will be a jQuery-driven content panel that sits at the corner as a tabbed button overlaying on the webpage.
For survey response data to be stored, a database would be needed.
There needs to be admin & user management (with logins, of course), where I'll be the admin and my customers (webmasters) will be the users.
The users should be able to:
> Make their own set of questions, and possible answers could be text fields, radio buttons (one out of many options), and tick boxes (multiple options).
> Decide who participates in a survey: First time visitors only, 2nd time and/or repeated visitors only, after "n" seconds of being on the page, after scrolling through the page entirely
