I am looking for an admin support to assist with the following:
1) issuing invoice
2) issuing engagement letters
3) issuing cover / signature letters
We will provide the candidate with our standard templates and all the required information. Therefore, all they need to do is just to update.
I expect the candidate to be attention to detail and there should not be any mistake in the final documents.Our role is to review the work only.
A reminder that all information provided are to be dealt with on a confidential basis. The candidate is also required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
This will be a trial run and successful candidate can expect a long term engagement and working relationship.
