Hi, Im applying svg filters (or css ones) to an image,
in my app i need to set the width of image very small and use transform scales to change the size,
by doing this the image looks great without the filter, but with the filter it looks very bad because filters are reading the width tag and applying the effect only to the number of pixels specified by the width tag, see:
A solution of course would be to use Width=100% and then scale down with the transforms, like this:
however in my app i need to set the width small and use scale transforms to change the size, so im looking for a way to make SVG ignore the width tag of html and apply the effect to all the pixels of the image regardless of the value of the width tag set in html
thank you for any help
