We want a Microsoft Access Environment created for Data Entry of the Member records based off an excel spreadsheet format. We need a Custom Entry Form, Custom Browse, and some various typical reports set up (Contact List, Demographic Lists based on State and Report Lists based on Membership types-5 different membership types). Also a Mail merge file will be needed that will be sent to MS Word for creating mailing labels and Membership Cards for new members.
There needs to be a solution built in that will take .XLS files sent in once a month by 30-40 different sources that can be imported into the database. The Membership Numbers will need to increment based on their membership type. Founding Directors uses ID’s 1-10 and will not change, Gold Level membership use the array of 11-99, Silver Memberships use the array 100-199, Founding Pioneers use 200-299 and General Member type uses from 300+.
