This heating element will be used for vaporizing oils at 320 deg F. The entire product is made of grade 2 titanium and involves a dish (or heating element), heat retention block, bar, stage and counter weight. Some dimensions are specified and some will be designed based on function. Attached is an image of a sketch and dimensions.
The objective of this product is to use a butane torch to heat up our "heat retention block". After the block is red hot this will keep the "dish" at 320 deg F for hopefully 15 seconds. The type of torch assumed will be a creme brûlée torch with a Diameter flame of 0.55". The average temperature of a butane creme brûlée torch with this type of flame size requires some research.
The overall design of the nail in the sketch is not final. This will be left open to the engineer (you) to give input on and change to help the final product achieve the proper temperature.
