We are a very large sign company & we handle multiple projects at a time.
We are seeking for someone to work with us to create us a project management database in Microsoft access.
We currently have a Microsoft access database designed for us that keeps all clients info, job description, sign type, dimensions, pricing, production status, etc.
We would like to update this with a few updates.
1) to be able to have in one order sheet multiple order's
2) According to the sign type & dimensions ordered it should give us automatically the price & the tax etc.
3) All orders should be updated to a calendar that we can manage the production status,which sign fabricator will be working on the sign, when he should work on it, how long it would take him.... so we shouldn't overbook jobs.
4) We should be able to keep track on the design processes, like how many hours it took to design, how many times the costumer requested revisions, etc.
