I had a custom ticket system created for my computer repair store.
I need some minor changes that shouldn't take an experienced developer over an hour.
1) On each row on the main screen (it shows all the current tickets) I need an additional button that will change the status to "picked up" and move the ticket onto another screen (picked up tickets section) however I still want the search on the top to search ALL tickets (picked up and not picked up). Once they are picked up I don't want them on the home page list anymore. I want there to be a pop up that says How did they pay? with radio options for "N/A, Cash, Credit Card, Check". Also, I want the time it is picked up to be logged and an email to be sent to me that says Name's Make Model Type was picked up on January 23, 2013 at 3:00 PM. They paid via Payment Type. I want to be able to edit the ticket and remove the picked up (if my staff accidentally hits picked up when it wasn't really picked up)
