We are a consumer software company who needs multi-lingual technical / customer support for voice, live chat, twitter, and email.
We need 24/7 live support for English, 12 hour live support (9a-9p) for 7 "primary" languages, and email only support 17 other "secondary" languages.
This customer support also includes live chat for checkout / shopping cart / purchase support - helping users with the checkout process (eg. answering product, billing, and other related questions).
