We are in the service industry. On an average we have around 100-200 calls per day max. All are inbound calls where the consumers call for enquiry of our services. We have only one Mobile Number to which they call, currently we only answer their enquiries.
We need some company who can provide a Customer Service agent at an economical cost who can asnwer our calls and provide the relevant information of our services. All the neccessary training will be provided by us through email and by giving our website url.
We should be able to monitor the calls, we should be able to listen to each and every call taken handled by the agent, so we can ourselves track quality and maintain quality control.
If the caller gets proper information of our services in a professional manner, he gets converted into a customer by enrolling to take our services.
We are based in Maharashtra, India, so we will need someone who can talk in English, Hindi and Marathi language.
