I am needing a simple contact database for our company's vendors.
I am open to suggestions but I originally planned on having it created in MS Access. I have attached a zip file with a HTML mockup to give you an idea of what I am looking for.

Under " Acme Brick" click on " More Information"
That should give you the layout.
On the page with " Equipment Purchase" I would also like a "RMA" tab/button containing similar info -
