I need a desktop application for the following features.
1. To insert new customer information.
2. To insert new supplier information
3. Quote creation with days it will be valid upto.
2. New invoice creation for the good to be supplied.
3. Payment terms for the invoice/quote created.
4. Overdue invoices and Paid invoices maintained separately
5. Search criteria
a. search based on customer name, customer contact or telephone with time
It should show customer's all invoices and quotes details and paid bill details
in grid but different sections.
b. Any of the record should be selectable and can be printed. But before printing
fields can be edited manually.
6. Part payment update facility. If a customer is making a part payment of mentioned amount in invoice then the invoice amount field should be updated accordingly.
7. Reminder on quote expiry or payment dues should be sent as an email alert.
