Location – Santa Ana
• The role is Onsite at the client location, Santa Ana and assumes responsibilities as a Technical SPOC for the client.
• A blend of expert level technical skills on Data & Voice Technologies and good communication skills (both written and email), a pleasant demeanor to subtly handle difficult situation would be a right fit for the role.
• Provides hands-on L3 support for the NetworkData & Voice Domain and works closely with the IT Management and Offshore Delivery teams.
• Proactive in identifying transformation initiatives and strong documentation skills a must for the role.
• Should demonstrate Client Focus and Flexibility in supporting Windows desktops (if required)
• Flair for acquiring/learning new skills across technology domains (Wintel, Unix etc.,) is a definite plus
• Senior level skillsand experience in Meridian 81c & 11cEPABX, Symposium VM Solutions. Cisco VOIP, should be working as Level3 support...
