This is a challenging/impossible problem for most people, but if the right person finds the project it is quite easy.
I want to model a number of different real world conductivity problems, which requires solution of the challenging equation, I=V/R.
The "real-world" nature is a number of different enclosures (cylindrical, cuboid) of liquid with a uniform resistivity/conductivity. The voltage is applied between 2 contacts - and I want to model a few different sizes and with the contacts in a few different locations. Solving this seems to require a simple finite element analysis package and possibly application of maxwell's or gauss' equation (can't remember which one it is) for electric fields.
So if you know how to do FEA this should be simple. If you don't, please don't bid!
As a starting point for the number of simulations I guess I need to see the results of 5 enclosures with contact 1 having 2 different sizes and contact 2 having 2 different sizes. That's 20 different runs. ...
