Established in 2005, sword buyers guide (SBG) receives approx 5,000+ visitors a day to its informational pages, hosts arguably the most active sword forum on the internet and also manages a small but customer service focused webstore that is expanding its operations into 2012 to better service the international sword collecting and sword art practitioner community.
We are looking for an ongoing Customer Service professional to deliver excellent support to our customers via email (and as we expand, online chat).
Due to our desire to always deliver the very best experience to our site visitors, clients and respected members of the sword community, the transition of services handled by the prospective service agent will be a gradual one.
