We are looking at moving our accounts from MYOB (our current software) over to Xero.
Your main role will be to enter orders that have been faxed(electronic copies are emailed over), emailed, or telephoned (you will receive a skype access with a phone number attached)
Your english will have to be very good as communication over the phone to clients will be essential.
You will book dispatch over the phone, and online
You will be communicating with a factory here in Australia over phone and email.
You will also be responsible for invoicing.
General book keeping will also be required, recording payments/recording invoices that have come in.
This will take up to 1-2 hours of your day at the most.
You will be required from 8am-4pm local time Melbourne, Australia.
The other hours you will be researching for other business projects,
